Pricing

The number is on the page.

Enterprise compliance platforms gate their pricing behind a demo because their floor is an enterprise number. Vouchra is priced for the businesses they leave behind — plainly, in writing, starting with a single form.

When we'd point you elsewhere

If you're an enterprise-bound company with budget for a SOC 2 audit this year, the badge-race platforms — Vanta, Drata — are built for that, and they're good at it. Vouchra is built for everyone they price out: the businesses that need credible policies and finished questionnaires now, reviewed by a human, at a small-business price.

Questions

Asked before buying

Why is the price on the page when nobody else's is?

Because our market is the businesses the demo-gated platforms price out. If the number would scare you off, we'd rather you know now — and if it doesn't, you shouldn't have to sit through a sales call to hear it.

How does the one-time option work?

You bring one questionnaire — an insurer's renewal, a processor's SAQ, a client's spreadsheet. We run the interview, generate your policies, answer the form with citations, and you review and sign off before it goes back. You keep the policies and the gap roadmap either way. If you subscribe within 60 days, the full $449 is credited toward your first year.

What counts as one questionnaire?

One file from one asking party, however many questions it contains. A 200-question SIG is one questionnaire.

What happens when we hit a plan's questionnaire limit?

Nothing silent. We tell you, and you either add questionnaires one at a time or move up a tier — whichever is cheaper for how your year is actually going.

Why would we subscribe instead of paying per form?

Because the asks don't stop at one. The insurer renews annually, the processor's SAQ is yearly, and client reviews arrive on their schedule, not yours — and your roadmap needs tending between them. The subscription keeps your policies current and every future form drafting from a vault that already knows your business. If one form really is all you need, the one-time option exists precisely so you don't have to subscribe.

Do we need anything technical to start?

No. The interview is in plain English, and if you have existing documents — policies, a vendor's SOC 2, an old completed questionnaire — you drop them in as-is. Excel, Word, and PDF all work.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month to month; annual plans run the year (that's the two months free). Either way the policies and answers are yours — if you leave, you take your documents with you.

Not sure which shape? Bring the paperwork.

Thirty minutes with a real questionnaire tells you more than any comparison table — including whether one form is all you need.
